The staff members is a 10, really attentive and friendly. The foodstuff, the services, everything was Great. We enjoyed a great stay as well as dinner was perfect. We loved Best Western Plus Coco Palu. We will repeat!

Wonderful hotel, every thing is close. Personnel are super friendly and well prepared and speak fantastic English. There are actually activities every single night and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only thing was beds are a bit noisy but that’s extremely minor. Wonderful quality for the money!

You’ll find activities every single evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s really minor. Good quality for the money!

Assuming that you are travelling to Palu you should book at Best Western Plus Coco Palu. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
